Toll Brothers (TB) has requested that the CCPOA Board of Directors distribute this QR code to members that own homes adjacent to TB’s property (former golf course). The QR code provides a link for you the fill out a short questionnaire concerning:
- any homes currently drawing irrigation from the lakes located on the former golf course and
- an option for TB to photograph the exterior of adjacent homes to document current conditions
Please note that TB has not provided the CCPOA Board with specific information on their plan other than the statement that CCPOA residents would no longer be permitted to draw irrigation water from the lakes/ponds located on their private property. It is recommended that each impacted homeowner fill out this survey and contact TB directly for next steps.
